RULES AND REGULATION
1. All participants above 6th standard can participate.
2. Theme will be announced on the spot.
3. Chart paper will be provided by the organizers.
4. All other required materials must be brought by the participants.
S. Each participant will be given Two and half hours duration to complete their painting.
